Integrated grinder
Its integrated grinder features conical grinding wheels with an adjustment system to obtain the ideal grind for each coffee bean.
Intelligent dosage
A gauge indicates when the correct level has been reached, and the system automatically memorizes the setting for the next use. Simply insert the filter holder into the space under the grinder to start grinding the coffee, and the grinder delivers the right amount of ground coffee evenly into the filter.
Numerous settings
25 precise grind settings, pre-setting of one or two doses, automatic correction for the next grind, temperature adjustment, extraction volume adjustment, adjust the settings to your preferences to reveal all the aromas of your coffee.
Assisted brewing
The Impress Puck system applies 10 kg of pressure and a 7° twist to the ground coffee cake, ensuring perfect extraction.

Thermocoil heating system
The Barist ExpressTM Impress features an integrated 1600 W stainless steel Thermocoil water circuit. Its Thermocoil heating system with PID temperature control delivers water at exactly 93ºC for perfect extraction.

Its powerful stainless steel nozzle sends steam at 130° to create a velvety, silky micro-foam for all your dairy drinks.
