the roasting workshop
As curious and passionate artisan roasters, we trace our coffees back to their origins, with the aim of selecting for you singular coffees that are part of a quality, ethical and seasonal approach.
We maintain privileged links with our partner producers and importers, guaranteeing full traceability of the grain we buy and the development of the players throughout the chain.
We painstakingly roast batches of 6 to 10 kgs of coffee on our roaster Giesen W15. Roasting these small quantities allows us to control the cooking profiles and to offer you fresh coffees day after day.

the espresso bar
The espresso bar, located in the Bonnefoy district of Toulouse, is a lively, informal space where you can discover and taste all our coffees. Our espressos change daily to offer a variety of pleasures: every day we offer two espresso coffees from different origins, as well as a wide selection of mild-method coffees, so don't hesitate to ask your barista for advice! The space also includes a training workshop where we offer professional training and barista workshops.

Minifundi, it's also a shop where you can find high-performance espresso machines (Sage, DeLonghi, WMF...) Slow-release coffee makers (Aeropress, Dripper Immersion Switch, ...) and all the accessories (filters, cups...) you need to brew delicious specialty coffee at home.
