Learn more about coffee Artificier

Artificier comes from the plantation of Bota Fora, near the city of Carmo de Minas, in Minas Gerais, a region whose volcanic soil and altitude (1100 to 1300m) offer a very favorable terroir for coffee cultivation. Owned by the same family for four generations, the plantation is now in the hands of Maria de Fátima Silva Marques da Fonseca, who practices agriculture based on quality and attention to detail. As a member of the Cocarive cooperative, the Bota Fora plantation benefits from regular monitoring by a team of agronomists and strict quality control of production. It is also certified by a Protected Geographical Indication and by the Brazilian Association of Specialty Coffees (BSCA).

After harvesting, the ripe cherries are pulped in the machine, and then the coffee beans are dried in the sun. This "pulped natural" process makes it possible to obtain coffees that combine sweetness and body, which is perfectly suited to Brazilian coffees. The beans are finally roasted in our Toulouse workshop to delight lovers of round and expressive coffees. Artificier is ideal for automatic machine extraction, black or with milk. It reveals a smooth body and notes of roasted dried fruits.
